Facilities Master Plan Consulting Services

The Town of Chatham, Massachusetts is seeking a consultant to develop a comprehensive twenty to twenty-five year facilities master plan. This plan must encompass the town's major asset groups, which include buildings, roadways, sewer infrastructure, water systems, stormwater structures, landings and piers, sidewalks, and parking facilities. The agency needs to establish capital project priorities and develop a long-term strategy for these assets. The selected consultant must review and build upon prior feasibility studies and plans while developing current and anticipated program requirements.
