The government authority located in Broward, Florida, is seeking a vendor to provide real estate developer services to support its redevelopment goals. The authority needs to eliminate substandard housing, provide affordable housing alternatives, and enhance and reinforce its sub-areas. The project also requires redeveloping the designated area in an energy-efficient and sustainable manner. To support the implementation of the Redevelopment Plan, the authority is looking for a partner to pursue an active marketing and public information approach.
