Identity Authentication Implementation, LinkedIn Learning Integration, and General SuccessFactors Support Service

The government authority located in Richland, Washington, is seeking professional services to support Identity Authentication Service implementation, LinkedIn Learning integration, and general SuccessFactors support. The agency needs to transition its systems and sustain its SuccessFactors Learning and Human Capital Management modules. To achieve this, the agency is establishing a one-year contract that includes specific technical tasks and a general bucket-of-hours support arrangement. The scope of work requires the selected provider to assess and document the current single sign-on setup, configure and transition Stage and Production SuccessFactors tenants to the Identity Authentication Service, and remediate systems for the SAP Learning Token server deprecation. Additionally, the provider must update OData and connector authentication flows, enable LinkedIn Learning via SuccessFactors Open Content Network connectors, and sync users, content, and learning assignments. The agency also requires testing, validation, go-live support, administrator training, desk instructions, and post-migration support for these integrations. Subcontractor resources must independently plan, organize, and perform a wide variety of non-hazardous specialized administrative and technical duties to complete these goals. Eligible providers must perform all work offsite and utilize resources located exclusively onshore within the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget, and the contract period will span one year.
