Evaluation Services

The Madison, Wisconsin government authority is seeking a vendor to provide project evaluation services for the CREATE energy center. The National Science Foundation funds this center as a national advanced technological education center. The selected vendor will establish a detailed evaluation plan, assessment questions, and metrics to measure the center's impact. The scope of work requires the creation of a website, email listserv, newsletter, and webinar series to support the community of practice. The provider must also develop a platform for summer STEM educator professional development workshops, which will be delivered across multiple states and serve approximately eighty participants annually. Additionally, the project involves creating energy technology instructional materials, including lab experiments, instructional videos, student handouts, teacher lesson plans, assessment tools, and documents that align instruction with educational standards. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires all project work to be performed offsite. Bidders must submit any questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 18, 2026, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
