Facilities Master Plan Preparation Service

The government authority located in Conroe, Texas, is seeking a qualified firm to provide facilities master plan preparation services. The agency needs to address long-range planning for the renovation, expansion, consolidation, and potential construction of its facilities. To solve this planning challenge, the selected firm will review existing plans, inventory and assess current facilities, and evaluate future space needs. The scope of work requires a comprehensive inventory of all in-scope agency-owned facilities, capturing building names, locations, uses, approximate square footages, occupancies, and ages. The selected firm must analyze space utilization to determine if current facilities adequately support operations, security, service delivery, storage, circulation, and projected staffing. Additionally, the project covers stakeholder coordination through meetings, interviews, and workshops with agency leadership, department heads, and elected officials. The agency requires the development of alternatives for facility needs, including repurposing, relocation, and new site options. These recommendations must be organized into a phased implementation strategy spanning near-term, mid-term, and long-term planning horizons. All performance of the work must take place onsite at the agency facilities. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity.
