Supplemental Correctional Nursing Services

The Plumas County Sheriff's Office in Quincy, California is seeking a professional nursing services contractor to provide supplemental correctional nursing services. The agency needs to ensure continuous medical coverage and medication management for inmates at the correctional facility. This procurement aims to secure reliable, qualified nursing staff to support the facility's daily health operations under physician supervision. The scope of work requires one nurse to be present on-site at the correctional facility Monday through Sunday for a minimum of sixteen hours per day between 0600 and 2200 hours. One nurse must also remain on-call at all other times, including holidays, to provide call-back nursing services as requested by the facility.
