The California government authority is seeking a vendor to provide a full range of recruitment and candidate search services to ensure the successful selection of executive positions. The agency needs to fill roles across various departments, including power services, operations, customer support, information technology, finance, human resources, and programs. The selected vendor will prepare recommendations regarding recruitment and selection strategies, gather input from hiring managers, conduct advertising campaigns, source candidates, and facilitate the selection of final candidates. The scope of work requires intake and job alignment activities to establish role requirements, competencies, pay bands, locations, schedules, start dates, and work authorization requirements. The vendor must develop sourcing strategies utilizing database searches, job boards, networking, referrals, and targeted outreach. Additional responsibilities include candidate screening through resume reviews, phone or video screens, skills and competency validation, and maintaining positive communications with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency expects the performance of the work to take place offsite. Bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or through an online portal. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. The contract period will span three years. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 1, 2026.
