Outreach and Clinical Trial Education Program Service

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide outreach and clinical trial education program services. The project aims to reduce lupus-related adverse health outcomes by increasing the participation of underrepresented populations in lupus clinical trials. The agency requires outreach, education, and partnerships that move beyond awareness building to achieve measurable participation outcomes, including screening, enrollment, and retention in lupus clinical trials. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The selected vendor will perform all work offsite. The agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget for this initiative.
