Technical requirements include media production such as copywriting, design, print production, photography, logos, video, and radio slots. Additionally, the agency requires web-based application services, which may include website design and maintenance alongside the creation and maintenance of social networking accounts across various platforms. For the media buying category, the agency requires a partner to handle media planning, rate and opportunity negotiation, purchasing and placement transactions, verification, reconciliation, and outcome measurements. These media buying activities must be executed in partnership with designated project liaisons. Eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations. The agency requires the performance of all work to be conducted offsite. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and has established a contract period of one year.
