Outreach Materials Service

The issuing agency is seeking a vendor to provide custom outreach materials to support its promotional activities. The agency requires a variety of branded items, including custom standing banners of specified measurements, custom tent structures, and rain umbrellas featuring a flashlight in the handle and a logo printed on the top. Additional requested items include black ink ballpoint pens with text, crystalline Malibu sunglasses or an equivalent product with text, and push pop bubble cube sensory toys or an equivalent product featuring both a logo and text. The contract period for this service will span one year, and the agency is requesting proposals to determine the budget. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. All performance of the work will take place offsite. Bidders must submit any questions regarding this procurement no later than June 24, 2026.
