Translation and Transcription Services

The scope of work requests onsite interpretation for community, legal, and simultaneous settings with a two-hour minimum per engagement in languages such as Spanish, Arabic, Chinese, Vietnamese, and American Sign Language. Remote interpretation requirements include twenty-four-hour, seven-day-a-week, year-round over-the-phone interpreting for on-demand and pre-scheduled sessions, as well as video remote interpreting on-demand or by appointment. The agency also requires secure, user-friendly remote platforms, data analytics capabilities, flexible service availability for after-hours and emergency coverage, and professional document translation services with rush and after-hours options. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States to be eligible for this opportunity. The agency allows proposal responses to be submitted digitally via email or online.
