Emergency Interpreter Services

The agency is seeking emergency interpreter services to support communication needs during emergency events over a two-year contract period. The agency requires a vendor to resolve critical communication gaps by providing in-person Spanish language interpreters at evacuation pick-up points, shelters, and community distribution sites during daytime hours within twenty-four hours of activation. Additionally, the agency requires a twenty-four-hour multi-language phone line interpretation service activated within twelve hours, alongside remote written translation services delivered within twenty-four hours of activation. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency expects the performance of the work to occur offsite, with the exception of the required in-person deployments to emergency locations. Bidders must submit any questions regarding this opportunity no later than July 1, 2026. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and has not disclosed a specific funding limit.
