Document Scanning Services

The Village is seeking document scanning services to catalog, tag, and digitize its paper documents. The project requires picking up, unboxing, scanning, indexing, tagging, and returning documents according to the Village’s specifications and future instructions. The selected vendor must also design, configure, and resell a cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) electronic document management platform for the exclusive purpose of hosting and managing these documents. Additionally, the scope of work includes document destruction services. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The selected vendor must perform all scanning and processing work offsite. The Village has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to define the cost. The Village will hold a pre-bid meeting on June 19, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions regarding the project no later than June 24, 2026.
