Library Book Supplies and Services

The Sherman Independent School District in Sherman, Texas, is seeking vendors to provide library books, audiovisual materials, and library supplies. The district needs to solve the ongoing procurement needs of its educational facilities by securing discounts off catalog, website, published, or fair market value prices. The approved vendors will service two early childhood centers, two alternative locations, seven elementary campuses, two middle schools, and one high school. The scope of work requires the selected vendor to perform all services offsite at their own office location. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The district is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and pricing structure for these supplies and services. All questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted to the agency no later than August 1, 2026. The agency will evaluate proposals based on the discounts offered and the ability to service all fourteen specified educational locations.
