Printing Services for the Division of Licensing

The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services Division of Licensing in Tallahassee, Florida is seeking a vendor to provide printing services for licensing materials. The agency needs to solve the logistical challenge of producing high-quality, standardized physical application packets and forms for Class D Security Officer licenses. The project requires the production of a total quantity of 60,000 items, divided into two specific document types. The scope of work covers the printing of Class D Security Officer License Application Instruction packets (I4000) and Class D Security Officer License Application forms (FDACS-16007). The instruction packets must measure exactly eight and one-half inches by eleven inches, consisting of six pages printed on three double-sided sheets with one blank page allowed. These packets require fifty-five pound offset or twenty pound register bond paper, utilizing black ink on the front and back of all sheets with zero bleed-through.
