Design Services

The government authority located in Fort Collins, Colorado is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive design services. The agency requires a partner to handle program verification, architecture, interior design, and integrated design assist program coordination. The selected provider will also manage geotechnical investigations and reports verification, civil engineering, wind engineering studies for laboratory exhaust, and utility design and coordination. The scope of work covers surveying services, including subsurface utility engineering and property replat, alongside landscape design and structural engineering. The agency also requires mechanical and plumbing engineering, electrical engineering and lighting design, fire alarm design, traffic engineering, and parking studies. Additionally, the chosen provider must integrate Art in Public Places into the overall building design. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States.
