Field Support Services

The Suwannee River Water Management District in Live Oak, Florida, is seeking a vendor to provide technical field support services for its agricultural water use data collection responsibilities. The agency requires these services to measure water flow on agricultural irrigation systems and to manage the corresponding data entry and reporting. This project aims to solve the agency's need for accurate flow monitoring and administrative support for both monitoring and agricultural cost-share programs. The scope of work covers conducting flow measurements on agricultural irrigation systems and performing administrative support tasks. The selected consultant must provide all necessary equipment, vehicles, and staff required to safely reach and conduct these flow measurements. Additionally, the agency requires the consultant to utilize a GPS-enabled iPad, iPhone, or equivalent Android device with active internet service to enter field data electronically using the district's Go Canvas platform. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. While the field measurements occur at agricultural sites, the agency specifies that the performance of the work will be offsite.
