Web-Based Enterprise Resource Planning Solution

The University is seeking a single, cloud-based integrated enterprise resource planning solution to modernize and streamline its core operations. The requested platform must be a hosted, web-based Software-as-a-Service solution that supports current and future institutional needs. The system must include, at a minimum, Finance, Human Capital Management, and Student Information System modules to support data-informed decision-making, workflow automation, and responsible artificial intelligence-enabled functionality. Eligible bidders must be Canadian organizations. The performance of the requested work will take place entirely offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally either via email or through the designated online system, and the University is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget. All clarification questions regarding this procurement must be submitted no later than July 06, 2026. The University will evaluate proposals based on the ability to deliver the required modules and the technical specifications of the hosted Software-as-a-Service platform.
