Legal Publication Services

The Pinal County government authority located in Florence, Arizona is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive legal publication and advertising services. The agency requires the printing and publishing of all public legal notices, including election proclamations, statutory agency matters, resolutions, summons, notices of sale, delinquent tax lists, special notices, and calls for bids. All publications must appear in a newspaper, utilizing a type size between five-point and six-point set solid. The agency will furnish all publication copy electronically in either Word or PDF format. The selected vendor must assume all responsibility and costs for the proper formatting of the computer media. Additionally, the vendor must provide an affidavit of publication to the submitting agency at no extra cost within ten days of each publication. If any incomplete or incorrect notices occur due to agency errors, the vendor must republish them in their entirety in the next publication at no charge. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States, and the performance of the work must occur onsite. The agency is currently looking for proposals to establish a contract period of one year. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 19, 2026.
