Short Term Rental Program Management System and Support Services

The County of Maui is seeking a vendor to provide, maintain, and support a comprehensive short-term rental program management system. This software or web application must facilitate the County's short-term rental certificate application process, identify and resolve unpermitted or expired rentals, and track and map all existing, new, and unpermitted locations. The system must also handle fee collection, certificate management, and other responsibilities pertaining to the overall enforcement of the program. The agency requires the selected vendor to perform all work offsite. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The County is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. Bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or online. The agency will host a pre-bid meeting on June 30, 2026.
