Integrated Workplace Management System

The Alberta Energy Regulator is seeking a comprehensive, commercially supported, and securely hosted Integrated Workplace Management System utilizing a Software as a Service delivery model. The agency requires a solution that supports its future state workplace vision through standardized processes, configurable workflows, and continuous updates. The selected vendor must provide the software solution, full implementation services, and ongoing software support. The project covers seamless integration with the agency's existing enterprise platforms, including identity, human resources, collaboration, and reporting systems. The system must offer scalability and flexibility to adapt to the agency's evolving operational and strategic needs over time. Performance of the work may occur either onsite or offsite depending on project requirements. Eligible bidders must be Canadian organizations. The agency is establishing a contract period of five years. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 23, 2026.
