ERP Software and Implementation Solution

The agency is seeking an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software and implementation solution to modernize its technology both internally and for its utility customers. The project aims to establish a single source of data, reduce the number of best of breed solutions, and enhance both internal and external access to data. Through this initiative, the agency intends to improve internal processes, unify workflows, and eliminate customizations, manual workarounds, and off-system data. The scope of work covers the design, installation, implementation, and commissioning of the ERP system. This includes developing user acceptance testing scripts, providing training, establishing system integration and connectivity to existing systems, and supporting the system over the long term. All performance of the work will take place offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations, which can include software vendors, implementation partners, or software resellers. Bidders must demonstrate the organizational, functional, and technical capabilities required to deliver the system. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget, and bidders must submit responses digitally via email or online. All questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted no later than July 2, 2026.
