Behavioral Threat Assessment Software

The agency is seeking a behavioral threat assessment management software solution designed to bolster and improve the health, safety, and general welfare of the school population. This system must provide authorized users with access to case status dashboards reflecting current data within five minutes of entry. The software must generate configurable reports on threat levels, school sites, and intervention statuses, while supporting data export in CSV or PDF formats. The system must support Single Sign-On through Google SSO, OAuth2, or SAML. Integration requirements dictate the use of Classlink API, PowerSchool API, or OneRoster API. The platform must fully comply with established data security standards and maintain the strict confidentiality of all student documentation. The agency requires live, instructor-led training classes conducted either online or in-person, with the initial training session delivered onsite. The subsequent performance of the work will occur offsite. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to participate in this procurement. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. The contract period will span seven years.
