IT Service Management Platform

The issuing agency is seeking an Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) platform, along with implementation, configuration, and training services. The agency requires a contractor to fully perform discovery, implement and configure the solution, and deliver product training for IT agents and selected internal users. The scope of work also encompasses ongoing licensing and maintenance support, as well as professional services. The contract period will span four years. Performance of the work will take place offsite. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. Eligibility is restricted to Canadian organizations only.
