The agency requires on-site interviews with speakers, organizers, participants, sponsors, and stakeholders, alongside the capture of high-quality B-roll footage of the venue and attendees. Post-production requirements include the organization and backup of all recorded media, audio enhancement and synchronization, and basic editing and color correction upon request. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore United States organizations. The agency permits the performance of the work to take place offsite, and bidders may submit their proposals digitally via email or through an online portal.
