Community Healthcore is seeking a vendor to provide monthly grant research, writing, and compliance services for a fixed monthly fee. The agency needs to identify eight to ten eligible local, foundation, and regional grant opportunities each month. The selected vendor must also apply for up to two federal grant opportunities per four-month period, as well as state, local, and foundation grants as mutually agreed upon. The scope of work requires the vendor to assist with the agency's required reporting for any secured grants. The vendor must ensure all grant submissions meet deadlines and complete all grant reporting in cooperation with the agency. All performance of the work will take place offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for budget proposals to determine the cost of these services. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 22, 2026.
