RFI for Survey Recruitment Services

The Social Security Administration, located in Baltimore, Maryland, is seeking information from vendors capable of providing survey recruitment services to support agency usability research efforts. The agency needs to recruit members of the general United States public to participate in user research and usability testing for various public-facing digital products. These products include the agency website, Digital SSN, Mobile App, Digital Identity, Universal Benefits Application, and the National Appointment Scheduling Calendar. Eligible respondents must be onshore organizations based exclusively in the United States. The selected vendor will perform all recruitment work offsite. The agency is currently looking for proposals to understand market capabilities and budget expectations for these services.
