The Capital Region Transportation Planning Agency in Tallahassee, Florida is seeking professional planning services to assist agency staff with transportation planning, policy analysis, data collection, and technical analysis. The agency needs to solve complex regional planning challenges through a wide range of specialized transportation studies and public engagement initiatives. The scope of work covers twenty distinct areas of service, including bicycle, pedestrian, and trail planning, congestion management, database development, and feasibility studies. The selected provider will also perform federal and state transportation policy analysis, freight movement planning, Geographic Information Systems analysis, and Long Range Transportation Plan development. Additional tasks involve project prioritization, public participation methods, video production, public surveys, safety action plans, school safety planning, transportation disadvantaged planning, Transportation Improvement Program development, transit planning, Transportation System Management and Operations planning, and travel demand model analysis. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires all contracted work to be performed onsite in Tallahassee, Florida.
