The City of Jacksonville, Florida is seeking vendors to provide continuing, as-needed professional services for miscellaneous Public Works projects. The agency is trying to secure reliable, ongoing professional support to address various municipal infrastructure and planning needs as they arise. The scope of work covers professional engineering, architecture, surveying and mapping, landscape architecture, planning, environmental services, geotechnical services, and construction administration and support. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the selected vendor to perform all work offsite. The agency has not disclosed a set budget and is requesting pricing proposals from interested parties. The contract period will span five years. The agency will host a pre-bid meeting on June 18, 2026.
