Event Security and Public Safety Services

The government authority located in Memphis, Tennessee is seeking service-oriented, unarmed event security and public safety services. The agency requires a contractor to maintain discipline, an excellent appearance, a professional demeanor, integrity, and attention to duty among all personnel. The selected provider must enforce facility and event public safety policies and procedures while managing emergency management, freight, reports, and general event public safety security. The agency requires the contractor to furnish the names and phone numbers of supervisory personnel who can be contacted at any time to respond to facility needs. The contractor must also provide written rules and procedures, known as Post Orders, to both facility representatives and contractor personnel. Performance of the requested work will take place offsite. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States to be eligible for this opportunity. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for these services. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will take place on July 9, 2026.
