The Salt Lake City government authority is seeking licensed attorneys or individuals with significant administrative hearing experience to oversee appeals of administrative civil citations for violations of city code. The agency needs to solve the problem of processing and resolving these citations through a formal, legally compliant administrative process. The scope of work covers conducting appeal hearings, evaluating evidence, interpreting city code and related state laws, and issuing written decisions on appeals. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States to be eligible for this opportunity. The agency requires the selected contractor to perform all work offsite. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and pricing structure for these services. The resulting contract will cover a performance period of three years.
