Lobby Services

The government authority located in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking a vendor to provide lobby services for state legislative representation on state and federal issues. The agency needs to solve the problem of monitoring, tracking, analyzing, and lobbying for or against specific legislative proposals as assigned by district administrators. The selected partner will develop an annual legislative strategy and advocacy plan aligned to district priorities, including legislative priorities, policy positions, affirmative legislative opportunities, and budget advocacy initiatives. The scope of work requires the performance of all services to be conducted offsite. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this initiative. All questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted no later than July 22, 2026. The agency will evaluate proposals based on the submitted bids to select the most suitable provider for these lobby services.
