The selected consultant must coordinate activities with adjacent departments, including those located above and below the construction areas, as well as with the construction manager. Responsibilities include assigning tasks to the design team, establishing deadlines, conducting follow-ups to ensure timely responses, monitoring compliance with directions, and providing construction phase services. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in Canada. The performance of the requested work may occur either onsite or offsite.
