Drop Out Prevention Service

The Colonial School District in New Castle, Delaware is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive dropout prevention services. The agency is trying to solve student disengagement and low graduation rates by implementing targeted academic, behavioral, and emotional interventions. The project covers a wide range of support services for students from Pre-K through twelfth grade. The selected vendor will deliver post-secondary school preparation, job readiness training, case management, and on-track graduation support. The scope of work also includes improving school climate, supporting positive student decision-making, and addressing student attendance concerns. To support the whole child, the agency requires student engagement strategies, family connections to outside agencies, wraparound services, credit recovery, mentoring, student counseling, and restorative practices. Only organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency expects the selected vendor to perform all work offsite. The contract period will span two years, and the agency is currently seeking budget proposals from bidders to determine the project cost.
