Leduc County, a government authority located in Alberta, is seeking municipal planning consulting services to manage high volumes of work and meet project deadlines. The agency requires assistance with development approval services and long-range planning services on an as-required basis. The scope of work includes accepting, reviewing, and processing development permit applications of varying complexity for permitted and discretionary uses across all land use categories. These activities must comply with the Municipal Government Act and Leduc County policies, procedures, and regulations. The selected partner will also assist with the preparation of county-led plans and projects. Additionally, the scope involves reviewing privately submitted documents, such as Area Structure Plans, outline plans, and amendments to both.
