Youth Intervention Services

The government authority in New York is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive youth intervention services. The agency requires a partner to address the behavioral, social, and economic challenges facing local youth through a structured, multi-faceted support system. The selected provider will deliver mentor services, therapeutic services, case management, wraparound services, court coordination, and data management. For mentor services, the agency requires the vendor to recruit or partner with a community-based organization possessing demonstrated lived experience aligned with the population being served. The therapeutic component demands the employment of qualified behavioral health staff trained in trauma-informed care and evidence-based interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy and support groups. Case management and wraparound services must cover workforce development, transitional employment, stable housing, basic needs access, and life skills training in areas like harm reduction, parenting, healthy habits, and financial literacy. The provider must coordinate case planning and service delivery with assigned court staff, including Resource Coordinators, and engage with other community-based service providers. Accurate, efficient, and timely records of all participant interactions, services, and outcomes must be maintained in appropriate files and databases. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency specifies that the performance of the work will be conducted offsite. Bidders must submit any questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 25, 2026.
