The City of Richardson, Texas, is seeking professional services on an as-needed, project-specific basis to support its municipal infrastructure. The agency needs to address the design, upgrade, rehabilitation, reconstruction, study, and evaluation of new and existing public assets. The scope of work covers roadways, alleys, sidewalks, drainage, water distribution, sanitary sewer collection, and combined projects. The selected providers will perform land surveying, geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing, and traffic engineering and planning. The agency also requires traffic operations, facility design, park planning, trail design, subsurface utility engineering, and construction management. Additional requested services include storm drainage services, water and sanitary sewer services, parks services, construction administration and inspection, and environmental services. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires all contracted work to be performed onsite in Richardson, Texas. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and has set the deadline for all questions as July 2, 2026.
