Rodent Control Program Services

The City of Sterling Heights, Michigan, requires a licensed pest and rodent control contractor to manage its municipal rodent control program. The city currently has approximately 250 properties equipped with rodent bait stations that require monthly servicing. The agency anticipates the annual installation of 75 new bait stations and the removal of 50 existing stations to maintain the program. The selected contractor must furnish all labor, materials, bait stations, bait, seals, tools, equipment, accessories, and transportation necessary to perform the work. The agency requires the performance of all services to take place offsite at the designated municipal properties. Eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations. The agency is seeking proposals to establish the budget for these services. Bidders must submit any questions regarding this opportunity no later than July 2, 2026.
