Special Education Director Services

The government authority in Minnesota is seeking a vendor to provide special education director services for its arts high school. The agency needs a qualified professional to ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state special education laws, regulations, and guidance. The selected vendor will maintain accountability for the implementation, oversight, and continuous improvement of special education programming. The scope of work requires the vendor to recruit, supervise, and coordinate special education service providers to meet student needs and ensure continuity of services. The designated director will conduct regular audits of special education records, including Individualized Education Programs, evaluations, progress reports, and compliance records. Additionally, the vendor will develop and deliver ongoing training for staff, lead dispute resolution processes, and collaborate with the school principal to manage service contracts. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of all contracted work must take place onsite at the school. Bidders must submit any questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 18, 2026, and the agency is currently seeking proposals to determine the budget.
