One-Stop Operator Service

The Partner4Work agency in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania is seeking a vendor to serve as the one-stop operator for the agency CareerLink workforce system. The agency needs to coordinate the service delivery of all required partners and core programs across two physical centers to ensure a seamless distribution of career, training, and other employment-related services. To solve coordination gaps, the operator must monitor and bring continuous improvement to all engaged partners while serving as a neutral system convener and operational facilitator. The scope of work requires the operator to proactively identify operational challenges, customer flow inefficiencies, and opportunities for service integration. The selected operator must work collaboratively with the agency and system partners to implement practical solutions while maintaining a strong focus on customer-centered service delivery. Performance of all contract work must take place onsite at the designated facilities in Pittsburgh. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based entirely in the United States.
