Conference Services

The government authority in Minnesota is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive conference services. The agency requires a lodging facility, conference facility, and parking to be located within one-quarter mile of each other, or the contractor must provide complimentary shuttle services between the sites. The contractor must also provide ample parking facilities for all event attendees. The scope of work includes secure luggage storage rooms for attendees during check-in if guest rooms are not yet ready, as well as during the period between check-out and the conclusion of conference activities. Additionally, the contractor must provide on-premises business center access featuring a computer, internet connection, printer, copying equipment, and a fax machine. The contractor is responsible for the complete setup of the event spaces. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of the contract work will take place offsite at the contractor-provided facilities. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget, and bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 25, 2026.
