RFI for Enterprise Resource Planning Solutions

To solve these problems, the requested solution must provide comprehensive support for operational processes, enhance data accessibility, and ensure strict compliance with Privacy and Security Regulations. The scope of work covers a system capable of supporting financial management, reporting, human resources, procurement, utilities, taxation, and assessment. The solution must integrate seamlessly with the Municipality's existing budget software while demonstrating scalability and adaptability to evolving municipal needs. The performance of all requested work will take place offsite. Only organizations based in Canada are eligible to participate in this market research process. Bidders must submit any questions regarding this request no later than June 22, 2026. The Municipality accepts digital submissions of responses via email or through their online portal, and the agency is looking for proposals to establish budget expectations.
