RFI for Real-Time Location System (RTLS) Managed Services

The issuing agency is seeking real-time location system (RTLS) managed services to support clinical operations, staff workflows, and asset visibility across its main hospital. The project requires the remediation, optimization, and expansion of the agency's existing Centrak RTLS, which currently supports locating, presence detection, and workflow events. The selected provider must upgrade the Centrak RTLS platform and software to the current, original equipment manufacturer (OEM) supported version. The scope of work includes upgrading or replacing server or virtual appliance hardware and operating systems to meet current specifications. The provider must also upgrade all licenses, modules, and client software required for operations. All performance of the work will take place offsite.
