RFI for Transcript Evaluation Software

The agency is seeking an official transcript evaluation and articulation management software solution to modernize and streamline the transfer credit evaluation process. This software must improve operational efficiency, enhance departmental communication, reduce manual processing, and provide a transparent experience for students, faculty, advisors, and evaluators. The system must support the full lifecycle of transcript receipt, evaluation, articulation, reporting, and long-term record management. The software must review test score sheets, international translated transcripts, reports, and PDFs related to examinations and other non-course assessment methods. These assessments include Joint Services Transcripts, CLEP examinations, International Baccalaureate, and Advanced Placement. The system must also support imaging and indexing functions to improve accessibility and record retention. The agency requires seamless integration with Ellucian Banner to support existing institutional workflows associated with transcript processing and articulation management. Bidders must perform all work offsite, and the agency restricts eligibility to onshore entities within the United States.
