Barbados - Information and Communications Technology Support Services

The Government of Barbados is seeking information and communications technology support services to evaluate and enhance its digital energy systems. The agency needs to audit its existing digital platforms, systems, and tools, specifically focusing on the renewable energy licensing portal and other energy-related systems. The primary goal is to identify vulnerabilities, improve system performance, and ensure robust cybersecurity and data privacy compliance across all digital assets. The scope of work covers a comprehensive digital infrastructure audit to document existing systems and evaluate architecture, interoperability, scalability, and disaster recovery protocols. The selected contractor must perform a cybersecurity and data privacy review, evaluate functional and user experience design, and assess data integration and interoperability. Additionally, the project requires a data audit, system performance analytics, a compliance audit, artificial intelligence integration, workflow audits, stakeholder engagement, implementation support, and project management. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in Barbados. The agency requires the work to be performed through a combination of onsite and offsite activities. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or through the designated online portal. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the project budget.
