Aerial Photography, Surveying and Mapping Services

The Pennsylvania government authority is seeking a vendor to provide aerial photography, surveying, mapping, map reproduction, and other technical services. The agency requires these services to generate topographic maps at specified altitudes and scales for various assigned projects. The selected contractor will solve the agency's need for digitized mapping data by electronically furnishing digital files for each project site. The scope of work covers photogrammetric mapping, aerial photography, and field surveying to produce topographic surveys. The agency also requires additional field surveying and mapping services, including property surveys, thermal infrared surveys, pond soundings, stream cross-sections, and stream profiles. Performance of all contracted work will take place offsite over a five-year contract period. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and has not signaled a specific funding range. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than July 1, 2026.
