Event Security and Public Safety Services

The government authority located in Memphis, Tennessee is seeking service-oriented, unarmed event security and public safety services. The agency needs to maintain discipline, excellent appearance, professional demeanor, integrity, and attention to duty across all contracted operations. The selected provider must enforce facility and event public safety policies, manage emergencies, handle freight, and submit regular reports. The scope of work requires the delivery of written rules and procedures, known as Post Orders, to both facility representatives and security personnel. The agency also requires the names and phone numbers of supervisory personnel who can be contacted at any time to respond to facility needs. All performance of the work will take place offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for budget proposals to determine the cost of the project. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for July 9, 2026.
