Tree Management Program Service

The City of Buckeye, Arizona is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive tree maintenance program services for agency common areas. The agency requires these tree management program services on an as-needed basis to maintain the safety and aesthetics of its public spaces. Performance of all requested work must take place onsite within the designated government common areas. The contract period will span one year from the date of award. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and pricing structure for these services. The agency will host a mandatory virtual pre-bid meeting on June 25, 2026, which interested bidders must attend to remain eligible. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than July 1, 2026.
