Temporary Exceptional Children (EC) Teaching Staffing Services

The Henderson County Public Schools authority in Hendersonville, North Carolina, is seeking temporary exceptional children teaching staffing services to fill temporary staffing gaps across various elementary, middle, and high schools. The agency faces the challenge of maintaining continuous, high-quality instruction for exceptional children when permanent staffing gaps occur. To solve this, the agency requires a vendor to provide high-quality, licensed contract exceptional children teachers who can manage varying student caseload sizes. The scope of work covers placing an estimated volume of two to seven teachers across various elementary, middle, and high school sites. Placed teachers must plan a program of study that meets the unique needs, interests, and abilities of all students on their assigned caseload, whether in a self-contained room or in a resource and inclusion capacity. Additionally, the staffing personnel must utilize instructional methods, resources, and evaluation techniques that motivate students, while establishing professional relationships with parents, colleagues, administrators, and the community. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency allows the performance of the work to be conducted either onsite or offsite.
