RFI for Comprehensive Event Management Planning Services

The agency is seeking comprehensive event management planning services to support domestic and international projects. These projects range from small workshops to large-scale conferences with up to 5,100 attendees. The agency requires these events to be deliverable in in-person, virtual, or hybrid formats. The scope of work covers venue and platform selection for all event formats. The selected provider must deliver automated confirmation systems, digital access links, and secure, licensed platforms such as Zoom, Teams, or Webex. These platforms must support breakout rooms and simultaneous interpretation capability. The agency also requires high-definition cameras and microphones for streaming, translation services, and dedicated IT support. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to participate. All work must be performed offsite, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
